Will is an Assistant State’s Attorney currently assigned to our Violent Crimes division. Will attended Washington Adventist University in Takoma Park, MD while obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in History. Will received his Law Degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth School of Law. Born and raised in Hagerstown, Maryland, Will enjoys traveling and cheering on his favorite sports team, the Washington Capitols.
