Shawn is an Assistant State’s Attorney and the team leader for our District Court division. He received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and attended law school at the University of Baltimore. Shawn’s hometown is Trappe, Maryland and his favorite food is a burrito.
