Milton joined the State’s Attorney’s Office as a Special Investigator after retiring from the Salisbury Police Department in May 2025. Milt served the city of Salisbury for twenty-nine years, working assignments as a patrol officer, a bike officer in the COPP program, a detective for over seventeen years in the Criminal Investigations Division (CID) and as a warrant apprehension task force member for thirteen years. Milt finished his career in Recruitment and Training before joining SAO. During his career as a Police Officer, Milt also served his community as Lacrosse coach for over twenty-eight years at both Wicomico High School and James M Bennett.
