James is an Assistant State’s Attorney currently assigned to our Violent Crimes division. James earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business from Gettysburg College. Later, James attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore where he received his Law Degree. As a resident of Ocean Pines, MD, James chose to become an Assistant State’s Attorney because he has a strong belief in the critical role of prosecutors – to foster a safe community for all residents of Wicomico County by advocating on behalf of and seeking justice for victims of crime while also balancing the rights of the accused and ensuring that everyone receives a fair trial.
