Scott is the Deputy State’s Attorney for our Office. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he also attended law school. Scott is originally from Salisbury, Maryland and his favorite movie is The Outlaw Josey Wales.
