Connor is an Assistant State’s Attorney currently assigned to our District Court Division. Connor’s hometown is Ellicott City, Maryland. He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice. He attained his J.D. from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. Connor enjoys sci-fi books and TV shows. His favorite show at the moment is The Expanse.
