Heather is a Senior Assistant State’s Attorney in our Violent Crimes Unit. A Baltimore native, she earned her law degree from University of Baltimore School of Law. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. Heather enjoys watching football with friends and family while cheering on the Baltimore Ravens, her lifetime favorite team.
